Village Grove Dental is Hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist! $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.
About This Office
At Village Grove Dental, you'll join a high-energy, fast-paced practice where teamwork, positivity, and patient care are at the center of everything we do. Our office is home to 3 doctors, 5 hygienists (this position will be our 6th hygienist!), and a team of 21 professionals who genuinely enjoy working together and creating a fun, supportive environment.
We consistently receive great feedback from temporary hygienists about our welcoming culture, strong teamwork, and enjoyable atmosphere. This is a busy office where you'll stay engaged, build great patient relationships, and work alongside a team that supports one another every day.
We proudly welcome new graduates and are willing to provide training and support to help you grow your confidence and clinical skills. Our office also utilizes assisted hygiene, allowing hygienists to maximize efficiency while focusing on exceptional patient care.
Part-Time Schedule
- Every other Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every Friday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Optional every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
