Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV SUMMARY: We are actively seeking driven, growth‑oriented, and sales‑minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. The program trains candidates in logistics, procurement, inventory management, finance, engineering, design, and project support. Reports To Training Manager Minimum Qualifications Relocation required: Ability and willingness to relocate during and after program completion, up to multiple times. Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, with related experience considered. Current valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Authorization to work in U.S. (no sponsorship needed.) Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience. Leadership or involvement in student organizations. Activities involve lifting, sorting, standing, managing travel, and performing tasks in both on‑site and off‑site settings. Compensation Annual salary range: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00.
