Ideal candidates will be creative and analytical. Should seek to build off of current foundation, and improve procedures and methods already in place. Candidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity.Essential FunctionsFollow up on distributed leadsGenerate store traffic and contribute to the markets successHandle customer inquiries both by phone and textSupport sales force by generating sales leadsFollow communication scripts when handing different topicsResearch required information using available resourcesProvide customers with product and service informationCandidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and characterCompetenciesAttention to Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands Must be able to sit for long periods of time. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
