Our team at Hickory Creek apartments in The Creeks of River Ridge is looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant who is passionate about customer service, sales, and creating a welcoming community for our residents.
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging tours of our apartment homes and community amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Guide future residents through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Build positive relationships with current residents to encourage satisfaction and retention
- Assist with marketing initiatives and resident/community events
- Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
- Availability MondayFriday, with occasional Saturdays based on community needs
- Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
