Field Training Manager Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Build and scale training programs across a growing multi-unit cafe portfolio throughout NYC & NJ
- Deliver and oversee operational and compliance training programs
- Develop future leaders by creating strong promotion pathways from hourly team members through Store Managers
- Support new store openings through training execution, onboarding, certification, and post-opening reinforcement
- Partner with operational leaders to improve training effectiveness, consistency, customer experience, and store performance
- Build systems for certification tracking, training compliance, audit readiness, and reporting
- Create a culture focused on coaching, development, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Spend significant time in stores coaching teams and supporting field execution
Field Training Manager Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of multi-unit training, learning & development, operations leadership, or field training experience
- Experience delivering training programs across multiple locations in hospitality, food service QSR environments
- Strong leadership development experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Experience with certifications, compliance training, onboarding programs, or learning systems preferred
- Ability to operate successfully in fast-paced, field-based environments with frequent travel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and new store opening support
