The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a courteous and professional manner.Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payment transactions accurately.Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policies.Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area.Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss-prevention procedures.Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.Basic math and cash-handling skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
