This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to help children and young adults ages 5–21 achieve their academic, developmental, and functional goals in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of current best practices and compliance with IEPs and state regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ functional and developmental abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs and needs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to foster student participation and independence in school routines
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and intervention, adapting materials and environments to maximize access and outcomes
• Document progress, maintain records in compliance with school and district policies, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success in the classroom and beyond
