We're seeking a


Client Success Coordinator


to oversee event planning, client communication, and program execution from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and facility partners.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage client relationships and event logistics throughout the planning and execution process.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate schedules, accommodations, room assignments, facility usage, and operational needs.
  
  



• 
  Partner with operations, hospitality, facilities, and service teams to ensure successful events and programs.
  
  



• 
  Provide on-site event support and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate event records, schedules, and program information.
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with safety standards, facility policies, and operational procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of experience in client services, event coordination, hospitality, venue operations, program management, or a related field.
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event or scheduling software.
  
  



• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
  



• 
  Experience supporting sports programs, training events, conferences, camps, or large-scale events is a plus.

  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  
  



• 
  Must successfully pass a background check.
  
  



• 
  Ability to obtain required program and safety clearances upon hire.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout a large facility for extended periods.
  
  



• 
  Ability to climb stairs and navigate event venues.
  
  



• 
  Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift materials related to event setup and operations.
  
  



• 
  Ability to perform computer and office-based work for extended periods.

Event Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, Conference Services Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator, Venue Coordinator, Sports Operations Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Guest Services Manager.
