Pacific Office Automation is looking for a Tier I Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT team in Beaverton, OR.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devicesDiagnose and remediate Microsoft 365 issues including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointSupport user account management in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (password resets, MFA, account unlocks)Identify and resolve network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, basic DNS/connectivity troubleshooting)Perform standard break/fix support for hardware and software issuesEscalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams with proper documentation and troubleshooting stepsDeliver clear, professional communication to end users and maintain accurate ticket notesQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)1–2 years of IT support experience in a help desk or MSP environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Basic understanding of Active Directory and user administrationFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and desktop supportStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have (Not Required)Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)Exposure to Azure/Entra IDBasic understanding of endpoint management tools (Intune, RMM tools)BenefitsOpportunities for advancement and leadership growthSupportive, team-oriented environmentMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPTO, vacation, and sick leaveFSA programOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionPacific Office Automation is an equal opportunity employer.
