Case Management Support Coordinator (Spanish Speaking) Location: Florida (Remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension and Possible FTE Conversion) Position Summary We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Case Management Support Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and data entry support to a Case Management team within a healthcare environment. This fully remote position is responsible for assisting with member case management activities, task triage, care coordination, reporting, documentation, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling high call volumes, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Case Management department.
- Perform initial review and triage of Case Management tasks.
- Assist Case Managers by reviewing member information and identifying support needs.
- Support implementation of care plans under the direction of clinical staff.
- Screen members using established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services in accordance with member benefit plans.
- Maintain communication with healthcare providers, members, and internal care teams.
- Generate and review reports to support case management activities.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and research information as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation while meeting regulatory, accreditation, and risk management requirements.
- Protect confidential member information and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Support overall department operations and workflow efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills required.
- Previous customer service, administrative support, healthcare support, or call center experience.
- Strong phone communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Accurate data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting.
- Experience supporting Case Management, Care Coordination, or Healthcare Operations teams.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare abbreviations.
- Experience working with HIPAA-regulated information.
