Project Coordinator

Description We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy integration platform to a modern integration platform. This position will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and a cross-functional project team to coordinate project activities, facilitate communication, track progress, manage documentation, and help ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside technical and business stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise integration technologies, agile project management best practices, and a large-scale IT initiative. Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating potential schedule, resource, or dependency concerns as needed. Support coordination of integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing activities, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support. Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and project governance sessions. Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document decisions, and track action items through completion. Escalate project issues and ideas to direct leadership with clarity, timeliness and professionalism. Skills project coordination, stakeholder managment, agile/scrum, meeting facilitation, risk and dependency tracking, integration migration, project documention, jira, confluence, enterprise IT projects, SDLC, Integration Modernization, Vendor Coordination Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience. (Typically, one and a half to two years of relevant experience is equivalent to one year of formal education.) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
