Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs and tissue for interpretation
• Perform CT procedures and a range of imaging services, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, as applicable
• Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist review
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images securely to the appropriate location
• Maintain accurate patient records, files and billing information; ensure HIPAA compliance and data integrity
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment and manage supply inventory
• Participate in additional job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• ARRT registration: R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T.(R)(ARRT) required
• Advanced CT certification: Required in OR and HI; preferred in CA
• Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
• Experience: At least two years of recent radiology experience
• Certifications/licenses: Current BLS; nursing license per state of assignment; fluoroscopy license and venipuncture certification preferred in CA and OR
