We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced accounting leader to oversee a complex, multi-entity environment.This role is responsible for managing all core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position also oversees cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash activity to ensure strong financial stewardship.Additional responsibilities include coordinating tax compliance with external advisors, supporting regulatory filings, monitoring investment activity and reporting, supervising and developing staff, and overseeing human resources administration and operational systems.The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment that requires discretion, sound judgment, and hands on leadership.Please know that $200K is top end. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
