Customer Service Coordinator

Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0–2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide responsive support to customers, vendors, and internal teams while keeping requests organized. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Receive calls and emails, document requests, and route them to the correct team. Provide timely status updates using approved information. Maintain service, contact, and follow-up records in company systems. Help resolve routine questions and elevate urgent or technical matters. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or office experience preferred but not required. Clear written and verbal communication and a helpful, calm approach. Basic computer skills, dependability, and strong follow-through.
