JOB SUMMARY The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and managing schedules to support operational efficiency and project execution. This role works closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure resources, personnel, and activities are planned and executed according to established timelines. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update schedules for projects, operations, personnel, or services. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify scheduling requirements and resource availability. Monitor schedules and adjust timelines as needed to accommodate changes, delays, or operational needs. Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of activities. Communicate schedule updates, conflicts, and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders. Prepare scheduling reports, status updates, and performance metrics. Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and department leaders to optimize resource utilization. Identify potential scheduling risks and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of scheduling, workforce planning, project coordination, or administrative experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Experience with scheduling, workforce management, ERP, or project management systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, engineering, logistics, or related industries. Knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and resource planning. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or other scheduling software. Familiarity with reporting and performance tracking metrics. Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). Scheduling-related or project management certifications (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree
