Senior Director Quality Digital & Analytics (US)

Senior Director role responsible for defining and executing digital transformation and advanced analytics strategy across Innovative Medicine quality management. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital and analytics strategy aligned with Innovative Medicine quality objectives
- Oversee development of risk evaluation AI tools and quality analytics platforms for senior management
- Lead global team responsible for implementing digital solutions and automating core quality and compliance processes
- Manage digital investment portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and develop business cases with clear value drivers
- Champion large-scale strategic projects with executive visibility and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or quantitative field
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation and analytics initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
- Strong people leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Experience developing and executing digital strategy and investment roadmaps
- Demonstrated expertise in risk-based management and quality operations
