Field-Based Hospice RN Case Manager — Autonomy & Impact
Preferred Hospice of Missouri
Preferred Hospice of Missouri is actively seeking a Full Time RN Case Manager to serve patients in the Columbia, MO area. The hospice nurse spends most of the day in their car driving to patients within a set geographic area, with occasional meetings at the office. This role offers autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful work serving terminally ill patients and their families. As an RN, you will assess patients in homes and facilities, supervise LPNs and CNAs, manage medications, and provide #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Hospice of Missouri
