The role The Operations Manager has two main purposes day-to-day: ensuring seamless operation of the venue, and overseeing all activities related to service and entertainment. With an overriding focus on team and guest experience, the Operations Manager balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and a developing display of emotional intelligence.
