Project ManagerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, resource management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Essential FunctionsDevelop and implement project execution strategiesManage project performance and provide leadership and supportDevelop project teams and cultivate talentMonitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions.Full project P&L responsibilityMaintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholdersAssist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices.Manage planning and scheduling construction activitiesSupport divisional pursuits and growth strategiesOtherFoster and maintain a safe work environmentAssist with the leadership and development of team membersMarket and promote the Superior Construction brandCompetenciesEthical ConductDiversity and inclusionResults drivenTeamwork orientationExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsSupervisory RequirementsThis position will have direct reports and supervisory requirements.Work EnvironmentAdditionally, a pressurized environment is the norm. Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to navigate rugged terrain, climb substantial heights, and work over and on water. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time exempt position.
