You will work collaboratively across teams and markets, using data and customer insight to drive performance, strengthen client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales culture.**Responsibilities*** Lead and deliver sustainable commercial growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across all product lines* Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise customer value, and improve revenue performance* Build strong, long-term client relationships across digital and in-person channels, delivering tailored, outcome-focused solutions* Manage and forecast a complex sales pipeline with accuracy, identifying risks and market trends early* Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive sales team to maximise engagement and performance* Promote consistent sales excellence through coaching, training, and collaboration across teams* Drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches, encouraging innovation, and supporting cross-functional initiatives* Partner effectively with internal and international stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ethical business practices**Requirements*** Proven ability to deliver sales results and contribute to commercial growth in a competitive environment* Experience supporting, coaching, or leading others to achieve shared goals* Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence a range of stakeholders* Ability to use data to inform decisions, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple activities* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and functions* Customer-focused approach with experience using consultative selling techniques* Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to learn, grow, and try new approaches* Interest in market trends, customer insights, and industry developments (experience in exhibitions or media is beneficial but not essential)**Work in a Way That Works for You**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
