In this role, you'll begin your career in mortgage sales through a structured training and development program designed to prepare you to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on experience working alongside our sales team.

As you progress, you'll use our proprietary CRM to engage with clients, support the mortgage process, and build the skills needed to present and evaluate financial solutions. Once fully licensed, you'll transition into a client-facing Mortgage Loan Officer role, helping Veterans across the country achieve their financial goals over the phone.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain competitive and coachable while working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Desire to take your sales career to the next level
• Team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reaching or exceeding sales goals and objectives
• Proven success in a sales or customer service role
• Able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadline

Responsibilities

• Work to obtain necessary licensing – we provide paid training and cover all fees
• Provide every client with exceptional customer service
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Advise clients on the VA cash-out refinance process with our 100% LTV product
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Build strong relationships with loan officer assistants, processors, and VA Underwriters (All In-House)
