Role: Entry Level - Operations Specialist

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

* Entering and validating data

* Labeling and organizing loan documents

* Ordering and verifying income documentation

* Monitoring requirements for a loan to be approved

* Reviewing state and federal compliance information

* Handling inbound and outbound calls

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Comfortable using computers to look up information, read and write emails and use basic office software

* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including over the phone

* Process-oriented with strong organizational skills

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

* Experience working in a professional office, retail, customer service or similar setting
