Legal Assistant

The Legal Administrative Assistant position plays a key role in supporting the firm’s legal team and has the ability to adapt and transition seamlessly into changes in the environment.The duties and responsibilities include:Answering phones, and meeting and greeting attorneys, clients and other office visitorsElectronic and paper file managementProcessing incoming and outgoing mail, facsimiles, and deliveriesOther general administrative tasks in support of Burg Simpson attorneys and other legal support staffThe position requires:2-3 years of prior clerical experience in a professional work environmentA motivated and energetic individual with a friendly and positive attitude, and a high level of professionalismPrior customer service experience performed in a law firm or medical office is helpfulPrior experience working in databases, case management or document management systems is helpfuExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 productThe ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet time-sensitive tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
