We are a thriving, multi-disciplinary psychiatric practice in the heart of Gallatin, TN, seeking a  Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT)to join our expanding team. As we continue to meet the growing mental health needs of Sumner County, we are looking for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a collaborative medical setting.

We are open to both Full-Time W-2 Employees and Independent Contractors (1099). We are flexible to find the right fit for the right clinician.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse client base (children, adolescents, and adults).
- Complete timely clinical documentation (we use a user-friendly EHR).
- Collaborate with our psychiatric team regarding patient care.
- Develop and maintain your own caseload.

Qualifications:
-  Active, unrestricted license in Tennessee: LPC, LPC/MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW (Required).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or EMDR is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and credentialing with major insurance panels as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
-  Independent Contractors: Must have your own liability insurance and be willing to work on-site (telehealth only is not available for this role).
