Production Supervisor

Join Insteel and lead a production team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise production employees on your shift. This position is 3pm-11pm. Drive safety, quality, and production performance . Conduct pre‑shift meetings and assign daily work. Monitor production, materials, and inventory accuracy. Coach, train, and develop team members. Handle employee relations and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Collaborate effectively across departments and with other supervisors and managers. Complete daily reports and support continuous improvement effort. What You Need 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong coaching and team‑building skills. Ability to manage safety, quality, and production priorities. Experience with inventory systems and reporting (ERP systems a plus). Steel or heavy manufacturing experience preferred. Associate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
