Hospice Admissions Nurse- RN

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Admissions Company: Capital City Hospice Location: Central Ohio Employment Type: Full-Time - 4 10-hour shifts including every other weekend Job Summary Capital City Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Admissions team. This role is responsible for conducting pre-admission assessments, educating patients and families, and initiating hospice care services. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality end-of-life care.
