Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.What You'll DoSupport an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.Provide support to a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome and limited verbal communication. The DSP will provide companionship and support with community outings such as trips to the beach, parks, and other recreational activities.Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.QualificationsAble to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.Experience preferred.Reliable vehicle required.Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.Schedule: 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.
