Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Asheville, NC. This is a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced inpatient overflow unit. The unit caters to medical, surgical, and step-down patients, providing the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Progressive Care Unit

• Provide high-quality patient care in a step-down environment
• Monitor telemetry as necessary, with patients hardwired to bedside monitors
• Work collaboratively with a team including charge nurses, RNs, and CNAs
• Manage patient care, ensuring safety and positive patient experiences are a priority
• Adapt to a high turnover unit with a focus on short stay (24-hour LOS) patients

Requirements of the RN - Progressive Care Unit

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven telemetry competency
• Experience in progressive care
• Willingness to float to other units if needed
