Contact Center Agent

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing insurance product options, and connecting them with licensed agents. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a high-energy, industry-leading technology company.

What You'll Do
? Outbound Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services.
? Customer Engagement: Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
? Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
? Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads.
? Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions. What We're Looking For
? High-Volume Calling Experience: Background in outbound/inbound sales, telemarketing, or call centers.
? Metrics-Driven: Proven success in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
? Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader sales team.
? Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote.
? Resilience & Adaptability: A goal-driven attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
? Competitive Pay: $17/hour base pay.
