Beyond strong execution, Senior Designers bring creative thinking to the work and actively support the team around them. Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality creative assets across branding, traditional media, social, web, and digital. Translate creative direction into effective, well-crafted visual solutions. Contribute to ideation and bring creative thinking to projects beyond pure execution. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members throughout the creative process. Support Designers through day-to-day collaboration and feedback. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with reliability and strong attention to craft and detail. Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives tothe team. Indicators of Success Consistently delivering polished, on-brand design work across a range of formats and clients that push ideas and brands forward. Demonstrating continued growth in craft, creative confidence, and independent thinking over time. Taking direction well and incorporating feedback to strengthen the work. Being a reliable, collaborative presence that contributes to the team and the work around you.
