Job Overview Performs basic activities to assist in manufacturing and assembling various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation. Job Requirements Conducting basic equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production. Operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of various products. Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met. Assisting as part of manufacturing team in modifying existing equipment or designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, as well as quality control and in-process production testing. What Your Background Should Look Like Typically requires 3-4 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
