Maintenance Technician III
Location: Tualatin, OR
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay: $24-28 DOE

Who We Are:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an established, precision-focused manufacturing company in Tualatin. This is a hands-on role supporting a sophisticated production environment, with responsibility for preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, fabrication, and facility improvement projects.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machinery and systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Adjust machine parameters and perform minor equipment rewiring
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
• Identify replacement parts and vendor sources
• Fabricate specialty parts with supervision
• Operate MIG/TIG welders, manual mills, and lathes
• Assist with new equipment installations and facility layout changes
• Support special maintenance and improvement projects
• Help train lower-level maintenance technicians
• Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

What You'll Need to Have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous maintenance and repair experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete projects with limited direction
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Welding and machine shop experience preferred
• Forklift experience, or willingness to become certified
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and controls
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ; heavier items require a two-person assist or equipment
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment and moderate-to-loud noise
