Job Duties

• Prepare raw materials and monitor work-in-process inventory
• Operate specialized manufacturing equipment and production tools
• Follow detailed work instructions and established manufacturing processes
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation
• Troubleshoot production, process, and equipment issues
• Help establish process parameters and improve existing processes
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly operated and maintained
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals and timelines
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Safely weigh, mix, move, and handle bulk materials

Job Requirements

• Three or more years of manufacturing or laboratory experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes or equipment
• Ability to follow detailed processes, specifications, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and product quality
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Ability to perform physical work, including some heavy lifting
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Experience with ceramics, advanced materials, or technical manufacturing is a plus
• U.S. citizenship is required

Job Schedule

Full-time schedule M-F 7am-4pm Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Pay: $18-$30
