Test TechnicianJoin a growing manufacturer that supports the semiconductor industry by producing high-quality, precision-engineered components used in advanced manufacturing environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with sophisticated testing equipment in a clean, team-oriented environment.In this full-time, long term opportunity, you'll perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting on mechanical assemblies and components while helping ensure products meet strict quality standards before reaching customers.What You'll Do as a Production Test Technician:Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized test equipment to test and troubleshoot mechanical assemblies and components.Monitor testing progress, communicate concerns, and provide status updates to internal teams.Interpret technical drawings and perform complex testing and troubleshooting activities.Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts.What We're Looking ForA minimum of 2 years recent experience testing, calibrating, or troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and use precision measuring and testing equipment.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, flow control components, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort-term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(k) Retirement Savings PlanPay: $24-27/hr depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pmLocation: Tualatin, OR – must have reliable transportation
