About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in maintaining the organization's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and contributing to strategic decision-making for growth. This permanent position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and offers an opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make a significant impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial input, leading budgeting and financial forecasting, overseeing financial reporting and GAAP compliance, and managing grant and funding oversight. Additionally, the CFO will lead the finance team, implement financial policies, ensure contract compliance, and represent the organization in community relations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred. A strong background in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP, is essential. The role requires experience in financial and accounting software applications, strong leadership and communication skills, and a strategic approach to financial management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in grant management and funding oversight.
