Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United StatesCompany: Advocate HealthPosted: 2026-07-13Supervisor Medical Staff Services - Credentialing, $5000 Sign on Bonus!Leads, plans, organizes and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Medical Staff Services Department so that all aspects of the Organized Medical Staff are supported, including credentialing activities, professional relations, meeting management, and peer review activities. Additionally, compliance is maintained, with accrediting and regulatory agencies as related to the Medical Staff, including (but not limited to) Joint Commission, DNV, HFAP, CMS, OSHA, and State and Federal Law and other standards and regulations.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Preferred:Credentialing Specialist, Certified Provider (CPCS) issued by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), orMedical Services Management, Certified Professional (CPMSM) issued by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).If not certified, expectation is to certify within 3 years of employment depending on medical staff services experience.Education Required:Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.Experience Required:Typically requires 3 years of experience in medical staff services, credentialing, physician relations, regulatory, with experience as a lead or senior level staff.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including both verbal and written.Ability to use of variety of software and credentialing database.Demonstrated time management and task delegation skills.Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring completion within short timeframes.
