Responsibilities Provide creative vision for repeatable, unique annual tentpole moments Develop original approaches to holiday and cultural content that advertisers buy Partner with the sales team as the creative lead in responding to RFPs Build stunning, professional pitch decks in Canva Refresh Fallen Media media kits, one-sheets, and sales materials Develop thought-starters for brands, talent, and product categories Who You Are A social native who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and short-form culture Skilled at creating fun, engaging, and shareable content that connects with social-savvy audiences A confident multitasker who can juggle multiple projects and deliver consistently A clear communicator with strong creative instincts and organizational skills Someone who thrives in startup environments: nimble, scrappy, and ambitious Always online and always spotting what’s next in culture and content Qualifications 3+ years of creative strategy or social storytelling experience Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple pipelines Demonstrated success in ideating viral, high-performing social content Deep familiarity with TikTok trends and Gen Z content styles (your FYP is your proof!)
