Get your career rolling with a structured, paid orientation program: Requirement: Must have completed a 120+ hour course from an accredited CDL school. Paid Training: 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a dedicated mentor at $850/week guaranteed . Smooth Transition: Move straight to standard solo compensation as soon as you finish training. Driving Record: Max 2 moving violations in the past 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. Background Check: No DUI/DWI in the last 510 years (zero tolerance for commercial vehicle offenses).
