You'll help them maintain their independence whenever possible while providing the support they need to live comfortably and confidently.Most importantly, you'll play a hands-on role in helping residents feel valued, respected, and cared for every single day.What Your Impact Will Look LikeYou'll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility, and other personal care needs while protecting their dignity and independence.You'll develop meaningful relationships with residents and families, learning what matters most to them and helping create a positive experience every day.You'll notice the small changes that can make a big difference, observing residents closely and communicating important information to the nursing team.You'll support resident comfort by answering call lights promptly, assisting with appointments and activities, and ensuring residents feel safe, heard, and cared for.You'll help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment through light housekeeping, laundry services, meal support, and other tasks that contribute to residents' overall well-being.You'll participate in admissions and transitions, helping new residents and families feel welcomed and supported as they begin their journey with us.Some days you'll be helping a resident prepare for therapy.
