Role Description:The Executive Housekeeper is a full-time role with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and communication. Daily, this role oversees all housekeeping operations, including room and common area cleaning standards, laundry processes, supply inventory, and quality inspections. The Executive Housekeeper leads, trains, and schedules housekeeping staff, ensuring that all procedures meet safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This role coordinates with management and other departments to prioritize tasks, respond to special requests, and address any service issues promptly. The position also involves maintaining records, updating cleaning protocols as needed, and supporting a positive, respectful work environment. Qualifications Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, including knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and linen care. Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with guests, clients, and team members. Effective organization skills to manage schedules, inventories, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience in training, coaching, or supervising staff, with the ability to give clear instructions and constructive feedback. Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role is preferred. Ability to work on-sitewith some tasks completed remotely as needed. Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
