What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of clinicians
• Oversee patient care delivery to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and improve outcomes
• Support onboarding and development of new team members
• Monitor documentation, productivity, and key performance metrics
• Ensure seamless coordination of care across the team

What You Bring

• Active RN license
• Clinical leadership or management experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for patient care and team development
