We are seeking two dedicated and creative 3's teachers to join our team at My Great Beginnings Learning Center. • Develop and implement engaging early childhood learning experiences that foster curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills in our students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to learn and grow.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Plan and lead activities that promote healthy growth and development in our students.
• Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and build strong relationships with students and families.
• Exercise control and maintain discipline in the classroom while promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Provide a nurturing and caring environment that meets the unique needs of each student.
• Perform various job-related tasks as assigned by management.

• Exemplary track record of punctuality and dependability.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to clear a state background and fingerprint check.
• 3+ years of experience working with children in a classroom setting desirable, but we will train the right candidate.
• Team player.
• Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
