Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $3320 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift options are 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am. 75% of weekends are required. No call.

Floating Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience. Float to any IMC at the organization; patient ratios are 1:2, with 1:3 in IMC. Float assignments also include SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU.

Unit Details: You will care for basic ICU patients in each department, including sedated and intubated patients requiring pressors; high-complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT are not included. You may take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
