Emerald Computers is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our main store in Peoria, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in computers and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Support and guide employees in completing daily tasks and meeting sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, product displays, and merchandising.
• Help monitor incoming and outgoing computer equipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support sales promotions, marketing activities, and store initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn about computer hardware and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
