Project Coordinator – Telecom Construction (In-Office / Mansfield Area) We’re hiring a Project Coordinator for one of our growing telecom clients. This person will support telecom construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in fiber optic, OSP/ISP, or telecom construction environments. This role is critical to keeping projects organized, on track, and properly documented while supporting both office‑based project teams and field crews. This position is 100% in‑office in the Mansfield area and is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, follows process closely, and is highly skilled in Excel and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Support telecom construction projects by coordinating daily administrative and project‑related activities. Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams, project management, and field crews (drill crews, line crews, etc.). Maintain accurate project documentation, files, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables using spreadsheets and project trackers. Assist with scheduling, material ordering, and budget tracking for fiber construction projects. Prepare and update reports, logs, and summaries using advanced Excel functions and data manipulation. Support daily office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks. Ensure project information is accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies and procedures. Assist with redline and as‑built documentation, or learn quickly if not previously experienced. Required Skills & Experience Telecom experience is required, ideally within telecom or fiber construction (OSP/ISP) environments. Prior experience in a project coordination, project administration, or construction admin role. Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and use of trackers. Proven experience working with project trackers, logs, and reporting tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to follow direction, retain training, and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerPoint a plus). Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment. In‑office role – must be onsite daily in the Mansfield area (no remote or hybrid option). Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative project team.
