As we continue to expand across North America, were looking for an ambitious and driven Territory Sales Manager to help grow our dealer network across the Eastern USA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves developing new business, building relationships and making a real commercial impact.

What Youll Be Doing

• Identifying and securing new dealer partnerships.
• Developing and growing relationships with existing dealers.
• Driving sales growth across your assigned territory.
• Identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Representing our brands at dealer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Working alongside our established US sales team to support continued growth.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in territory sales, business development or regional sales.
• A strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel.

Experience in the hot tub, swim spa, pool and spa or outdoor living industries would be a real advantage, but were open to candidates from other dealer-led industries.
