Plumbing Coordinator

Join Our Client as a Plumbing Coordinator in Nashville, TN to pioneer smart home protection! We seek a plumbing SME with trade exp & smart tech know-how to turn complex installs into clear training guides. Build cutting-edge water safety with us!

salary: $50 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Serve as the plumbing SME for the LeakProtect program, translating complex technical processes and smart water shut-off device installations into clear agent guides, FAQs, and call scripts.
Inspect install partner work and conduct on-site visits (1-2 times per month) to validate installation quality, ensure compliance with plumbing codes, and gather real-world feedback.
Onboard and train install partners and technicians on program expectations while providing expert guidance to resolve escalated customer and installation issues.
Continuously update training materials, job aids, and troubleshooting flows as connected device technology, plumbing standards, and program processes evolve.
