Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the full Talent Acquisition and HR lifecycle by coordinating all logistical aspects of recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. This role serves as a central liaison between recruiters, candidates, employees, and managers, ensuring accurate data management in HR systems, timely completion of hiring activities, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The position offers a long-term opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting logistics and candidate tracking (SAP/SuccessFactors)

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring teams

  • Prepare and route offer letters; manage background checks (OrangeTree)

  • Support onboarding and ensure compliance with HR policies

  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and metrics (headcount, turnover, etc.)

  • Assist employees and managers with HR questions and system issues (UKG)

  • Handle inquiries, unemployment claims, and employee documentation

  • Organize HR events and support administrative HR processes

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years administrative or HR/recruiting experience

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems preferred

  • Familiarity with UKG, SAP/SuccessFactors, and HR metrics a plus

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work is performed using HR technologies such as SAP/SuccessFactors, UKG, HRIS platforms, and standard office productivity tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The environment is structured yet supportive, offering a long-term opportunity with potential for future headcount additions and career growth within the HR function. Professional office attire is expected to align with the corporate setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
