Analyst, Construction Compliance

Position Overview As an Analyst, Construction Compliance, you will support construction compliance activities, including prevailing wages & apprenticeship compliance, Davis‑Bacon Act compliance, document control on Invenergy projects, auditing processes & reports, and reporting within the Construction Compliance team. The role focuses on driving construction compliance milestones, ensuring integrity within the Construction Project Management system, and supporting key initiatives. General Responsibilities Lead all construction compliance activities in the project throughout its lifecycle. Manage workload across multiple projects, providing seamless milestone delivery. Represent the company in discussions with stakeholders and third‑party consultants. Manage project deliverables across multiple contractors and scopes to ensure adherence to schedule. Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted project team member. Specific Responsibilities Establish and lead regular project meetings and communications to ensure compliance deliverables are met. Identify and evaluate risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate construction compliance risks. Leverage the construction project management system to provide regular status updates. Use best practices and lessons learned in daily work tasks. Ensure record keeping for the entire project by adhering to company document management policies. Oversee and manage relevant regulatory requirements to support construction tax benefits, including prevailing wage, apprenticeship, Davis‑Bacon, local, and domestic content. Maintain relationships with contractors, third‑party consultants and internal stakeholders. Implement and manage document control processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility of compliance‑related documents. Handle routine inquiries and concerns, including review and follow‑up for timely document submission. Partner with senior associates to support development and implementation of complex initiatives. Lead initiatives with minimal complexity or transactional nature. Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and identify improvement areas. Serve as a resource for new team members during onboarding. Participate in training and support efforts for internal stakeholders regarding compliance requirements. Set up and maintain projects in the construction project management system. Create and generate reports, analyze data, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to Project Managers. Demonstrate good communication and coordination with other departments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or completion by hire date. Internship experience. Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Document control and/or process auditing experience. Construction experience and/or construction internship. Renewable energy experience and/or renewable energy internship. Excellent solution‑seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions with minimal direction. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders. Base Pay $28.85 – 37.14 USD hourly. Bonus: 15%. The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which reward individual and company performance.
