What You'll Do:

As a Better Care Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with transferring and moving safely throughout their home
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, doing dishes, laundry, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms
• Preparing meals and snacks according to client instructions and dietary needs
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and errands
• Assisting with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting prescribed range of motion exercises
• Delivering compassionate dementia and memory care
• Engaging clients in meaningful companionship activities

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to speak other languages is a plus!
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person!
